They need to be called out, whatever the systems may be. The bindi thing was funny(in a dark... is this for real way) and tragic (next time these bozos will integrate a qr code for swiggy onto it).

Actually now that you mention the QR code, Iām scared it will turn into reality !
oh no! Not the intent at all! However if these guys try these tactics going forward, there should be an exorbitantly apologetic payout to you!
